Q

Name an easyJet initiative.

A

EasyJet runs a fearless flyer course, which includes “webinar’s”, ebooks, a ground course and an “experience flight”.

This has been running since late 2013, nearly two years. It can be booked online or over the phone.

From a commercial perspective, this a great initiative. Not only is it a product in its own right for easyJet, it also increases the likelihood of more customers flying when previously they would have avoided it. (1/6 have a fear of flying)!
