The children’s court

A

The children’s court looks after cases in which when that matter acered when the person was between the ages of 10 and 18.
“They must also be under 19 at when their proceeding commences (when the charge is filed). The Supreme court of Victoria

A

the highest court in Victoria is the Supreme of Victoria. There are two different sections in the supreme court the trial division and the court of the appeal.
Types of case that the supreme court is a serious case like murder and large business disputes.

he county court looks after more serious cases that have claims with amounts over 100,000 dollars
“If a decision made in the Magistrates’ Court is to be appealed, it usually goes to the County Court. The judge in the County Court can decide whether to agree with the magistrate’s decision or make a different decision.
