If you are playing someone with a tight range of JJ-AA and any AK… But you are playing AQs. How many of their 40combos are blocked?

You block combos of AA,QQ and AK. You block 10combos so there would be 30 instead of 40

Q

For unpaired starting hands, how do you calculate the combos?

A

You multiply the number of UNSEEN card. Eg- there are 16combos of AK 4A X 4K

If you have AQ, there are now only 3 unseen Aces. So 3A X 4K = 12 combos
