Daughter of a tribal chief and was married to John Rolfe. Will Smith was a white colonist in Native American land.
Catholic Missions
Spanish Missionaries were spreading the word of Christianity through the world (America).
Conquistadors
The soldiers and explorers of the Spanish Empire or the Portuguese Empire in a general sense.
Puritans
A group of English Reformed Protestants in the 16th and 17th centuries who sought to purify the Church of England from all Roman Catholic practices, maintaining that the Church of England was only partially reformed.
