sunday prepare- start on a side and switch next week
look at snapshot of everyone on a side and pick out dignoses, pmh, surg procedures and write what you dont know and meds and research the tests and how they came in. then come 6:00 and pick a nurse assignment and take 3 patients first week
print census to prove i was there - unwrench it and black out
then when come read pmh, h and p
tell hamptom for indwelling foley cath insertion and IV push meds, no central lines
admission and discharge write but dont file

report / leave at 3:15
