Probably not shivering. Stiff limbs- rigid joints. Confusion or loss of consciousness.
If someone experiences signs of hypothermia. Immediate actions are…?
STOP. Get under cover. Stop getting colder and replace wet clothes with dry. Rewarm slowly, add extra layers. DO NOT try to warm by rubbing limbs and skin. Give warm, sweet drinks + high energy food. Arrange evacuation medical care ASAP.

Pins and needles in hands and feet. Hands or feet are numb and stay numb.

Dry hands and feet, change socks and gloves, use foot powder, wriggle limbs, exercise.
