What is the general rule for the coincidence rule?
A
Ar and Mr must occur at the same time, in the same place and by the same person

What are the 2 exceptions for the rule?
A
If there is:
1. A continuing act
2. A series of connected events

For each exception - 1 case and rule from the case
A
Continuing Acts - Falange v Metropolitan Police Commissioner - he did form the MR when he refused to move it and the act of placing the car on the foot (AR) remained
Series of connect events - Church - MR continued throughout the series of connected events, so included her drowning
