What are the features of the cognitive interview:
A
CHANGE OF NARRATIVE ORDER - try to recount the scene in a different chronological order - e.g. from the end to the beginning.
CHANGE OF PERSPECTIVE - try to recount the scene from a different perspective - e.g. by telling it from the point of view of another person who was involved
MENTAL REINSTATEMENT OF CONTEXT - try to return to both the environmental (e.g. place & weather) and the emotional context (e.g. your feelings) of the scene of the crime
REPORT EVERYTHING - recall the maximum amount of information, even if it appears to have little relevance.
