test: steam milk till 65C (Soy: 120F), froth a lot of foam, pour into cup 1/2 milk & 1/2 foam, lighter than latte

same as cappuccino but add 1 pump vanilla (10 cc), 1 pump caramel sauce (15 cc), drizzle 10 cc caramel sauce on foam
