What are the steps in making a coffee. Starting with grinding the beans, ending with
pouring the milk to finish the coffee for service?
Fill the portafilter basket with ground coffee from the grinder.
Tap the basket and tap again to level off.
Level off the coffee, and tamp the coffee with 15 kg of pressure.
Wipe of any grinds
Insert the portafilter into the group head of the espresso machine. Place a cup under the portafilter to catch the coffee.
Press the single shot button to pour 30ml of coffee into the cup.

What are the growing conditions for coffee?
The best climate for growing coffee is in warm stable climatic conditions between temperatures of 15 and 25oC.

Espresso- a single shot (30ml) with 5-10mm of golden crema on top in a glass.
Cappuccino- A single shot (30-50ml), 1/3 milk, 1/3 foam with a sprinkle of chocolate. In a cup.
Caffe latte- a double or single shot (30-50ml), steamed milk? and 10mm foam, sprinkle of chocolate, in a cup.
Long black- fill 2/3 with hot water and a double shot (60ml) . In a cup or glass.
Flat white. A single shot (30ml) to 1/3 of a cup then filled with hot milk in a cup.

What do you do if the coffee pours too quickly?
If the pour time is too fast, check dosage, if dosage is correct, then the grind needs to be adjusted finer.
