One feature of a codified constitution is that it is judiciable, meaning that the courts have a legal standard in which they can declare a law making body as ‘unconstitutional’

A

The US president Franklin D. Roosevelt had a success of 63% in the supreme court, more recently Donald Trump had a success rate of 47%. Whilst, in the UK the supreme court does not have the power to strike down laws made by Parliament.
