This code is used to remove a pairing off a crew members roster.

Crew member is reassigned after being dropped for IOE (Initial Operating Experience)
DFA-Individual Re-Assigned
When a crew member is pulled from flight to replace with another crew member undergoing Initial Operating Experience.
DFI Drop for IOE
When a crew member requests to drop their scheduled trip.
DROP Pay Protected
When a crew member is pulled off of their scheduled trip at the request of management for disciplinary action.
DSUS Suspension
When a crew member is authorized to be taken off of their scheduled trip due to their emergency.
EMR Emergency
When a pilot is assigned additional flying this code is used for any segment that begins 3 hours after his/her originally scheduled release time but does not extend into a scheduled day off. EXT is only for additional flying at the end of a pairing not a reroute or reschedule.
EXT Extension
When a check airman Flight Attendant is conducting training to a new hire flight attendant inflight.
FAM Familiarization Flights Role (FA’s only flight attendants)
When a crew member calls in unable to conduct their trip due to fatigue.
FTG Fatigue
Will be used when a selected check-airman is conducting the FAA observation Ride for a new Captain.
FED Exemption 9291 Ride Role (Pilots Only)
When a crew member is authorized to be taken off of their scheduled trip due to a family medical leave.
FLA Family Medical Leave Act
The crew member is removed from their flights due to a reduction in work force.
FUR Furlough
This code is used for crew members on a day off which this crew member cannot be assigned ANY duty from the company. Crew Scheduling will not contact the crew member on this day off.
GDO Golden day off
THIS IS NOT TO BE USED WHEN A CREWMEMBER VOLUNTEERS TO FLY.
When a crew member is involuntarily assigned to duty on a day off or their trip is extended into an off day.
Junior Assignment Role
When a crew member is authorized to be taken off of their scheduled trip due to jury duty.
JRY Jury Duty
When a crew member has a long layover outside of base.
LAY Layover
When a crew member is authorized to be taken off of their scheduled trip due to a maternity.
MAT Maternity
When a crew member is authorized to be taken off of their scheduled trip due to a medical reason for themselves.
MED Medical
Crew member is pulled off their scheduled trip at the request of management.
MGT Management Bump
When a crew member is authorized to be taken off of their scheduled trip due to military obligations.
MIL Military
This code is used when a aircraft is broken and is down until repaired.
MXR Maintenance
When a flight attendant is undergoing their initial operating experience.
NFI New Hire Flight Attendant IOE Assigned
When a crew member does not show up for their trip and did not call in.
NSW No Show
This code is used for flight management and instructor personnel for the purpose of their duty day.
OFC Office Duty
Marks the off days for a Reserve line.
OFF Off day
When a crew member is off line from flying and is unpaid.
OFL Off line
When a crew member is off line from flying with pay.
OFP Off line with Pay
When a crew member is authorized to be taken off of their scheduled trip due to being injured on the job.
OJI On the job injury
This code is used for operational reasons/needs such as late shows.
OPR Operational
When a line holder flight attendant picks up a trip out of open time.
OTA Open time add
When a line holder flight attendant drops a trip into open time.
OTD Open time drop
When a crew member is authorized to be taken off of their scheduled trip due to personal reasons.
PER Personal Leave
When a reserve crew member is assigned a trip on a reserve day.
RAS Reserve Assignment
When a crew member is removed from his scheduled flight when reaching their 65th birthday.
RET Retired
When a crew member has training to stay current.
RGS Recurrent ground school
Is a set time frame for a pilot to have home reserve. The crew member is on call and must be available for Assignment.
RP (1-6) Reserve Period (1-6)
This code is used for a flight attendant who has a reserve day on his/her schedule.
RSV Reserve crew member
When a crew member refuses to fly a flight(s)
RTF Refusal to fly
When a crew member is unable to fly due to illness.
SIC Sick
When a crew member is absent from schedule to do simulator training.
SIM Simulator training
When a crew member reports to work and does not fly due to cancellations, reroutes, etc.
SNG Show No Go
When a crew member is needed to reposition an aircraft at an airport.
TAXI
When a crew member is working with the training department and their schedule is not yet determined.
TBD To be determined
When a crew member has a training even on their roster.
When a crew member is assigned training other than recurrent ground school. (RGS)
TRG Training
When a crew member is traveling to or from a training event.
TVL Travel
When a crew member is removed from his scheduled flight due to termination.
TRM Terminated
When 2 crew members mutually agree to switch trips.
Trip Trade with another Crew member
When a crew member trades their trip for another, they will be dropped from their originally scheduled trip. Their new trip will need to be added with TTA code.
TTD Trip Trade Drop Roster Tag
To assign the traded trip to the crew member.
TTA Trip Trade add roster tag
When a crew member requests to switch their scheduled trip with a trip in open time.
Trip Trade with Open time
When a crew member drops a trip into open time.
Swap drop into open time roster tag
When a crew member picks up a trip from open time.
Swap add from open time roster tag
When a pilot has a meeting for the union.
UNP Union
When a pilot is in training to upgrade from FO (first officer) to CA (captain)
UPG Upgrade
When a crew member on reserve is unable to be contacted.
UOR Unavailable on Reserve
When a crew member is scheduled to be on vacation.
VAC Vacation
When a crew member volunteers to fly anytime they are not already on company duty.
Volunteer Assignment Role
WIL code is only used to place the crew member on a list showing he is available and willing to fly that day. This is not an assignment code.
WIL Willing to volunteer
This code is used when it causes a delay, RRT or cancellation due to uncontrollable weather.
