3. considering pt tx the CTAS asigned= no greater than 2 levels below preTx acuity
4. VSA on arrival and is resuscitated or being resused= CTAS1
5. if medics receive a TOR en route the doc'd CTAS= the arrival and departure/ TOR on scene = CTAS 0 on ACR
6. obviously dead pt= 0 on ACR
