Amiodarone

A

Prolongs PR and QT interval, alpha and beta adrenergic blocker

SVT/VT with pulses: 5mg/kg LOAD over 20-60 min (max 300mg); daily dose of 15 mg/kg (2.2g in adolescents)

VF/Pulseless VT: 5 mg/kg rapid bolus (same parameters as pulses)

Atropine

A

Anticholinergic
Tx symptomatic bradycardia cased by vagaries stimulation

0.02mg/kg (minimum dose 0.1mg, max 0.5mg)
Repeated doe ones (max total dose 1mg child; 3mg adolescent)
Can be used in larger doses to t organophosphate poisoning

Onset: 2-4 min
Peak: 2-4 min
