Old Fashioned
A
—Whiskey glass—
- BUILD in shaker or another glass
- One sugar cube in the glass
- 3 times angostura bitters and some soda water to dissolve it
- 6 cl of bourbon
- Put ice in the glass and stir.
- Strain in whiskey glass with big ice cubes
- Squeeze citron/appelsinskal.

—Whiskey glass—
- BUILD in shaker or another glass
- 4cl lemon rancho
- 2-3cl sugar cane syrup
- 3 dashes of angostura
- 2cl egg whites
- Then you will do a “throw” with the shakers to emulsify the egg whites
- fine strain in glass with ice
- Lemon as garnish

New York Sour (RED WINE)

A DRINK WITH dry red wine
—Whiskey glass—
- BUILD in shaker or another glass
- 3-4cl of lemon rancho
- 3-4cl of sugar cane
- 6 cl bourbon
- Then shake
- Strain it in whiskey glass
- Dry red whine on a bar spoon to layer it on top.

- BUILD in shaker or another glass
- 2cl lemon rancho
- 2cl orange juice
- 2cl sugar cane
- 2cl apricot brandy
Here we roughly split the sweet and the sour. - 4-6cl bourbon
- shake and strain in Collin/red wine glass
- Orange peel as garnish

It is pretty similar to whiskey sour, the difference is honey syrup instead of simple syrup

- 4 cl lemon rancho
- 4 cl honey syrup (1to1, half water, half honey)
- 6 cl bourbon
- Shake and strain into glass

- 2 cl campari
- 2 cl bourbon
- stir with ice and strain into other glass with ice
- orange peel as garnish

- BUILD in shaker or glass
- 2cl sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes of angostura bitters
- 6cl rye whiskey
- Stir until it feels cold in hand
- fine strain in martini glass
- garnish: maybe af a brandy cherry
