Ingredients;
45cc tequila el jimador reposanda
30cc lime juice
20cc agave nectar
10cc Cointreau
Method;
Put ice and ingredients into shaker
Shake
Pour and strain Into a Tommy tumbler glass
Garnish with lime wedge
Tommy’s mango margarita
Ingredients
45cc of tequila el jimador responda 30cc of lime juice 15cc of Cointreau 30cc mango puree 10cc agave nectar
Method
Add ice and all ingredients to a shaker
Shake
Pour and strain over glass
Garnish with lime wedge, flower and 2 straws
Tommy’s coconut and chill Margarita
Ingredients
45cc of tequila el jimador responda 30cc of lime juice 15cc monin coconut 15cc agave nectar 2/6 drops of Tabasco sauce
Method
Add ice and ingredients to shaker
Shake
Pour and strain into Tommy tumbler
Garnish with lime wedge and chilli wedge, 2 strawers
French martini
Ingredients
30cc vodka
30cc Chambord
60cc of pineapple juice
Method
Add ingredients and ice to a shaker
Shake
Pour into martini glass
Garnish with pineapple slice and leaf
Cherry and grapefruit highball
Ingredients
45cc pink cherry gin
90cc red grapefruit juice
Soda mixer
Method
Put ice into tall glass Pour in gin and grapefruit juice Stir gently Top up with soda water Stir gently Garnish with strawberry, orange and cherry with 2 straws

Ingredients
30cc vodka 30cc peach schnapps 45cc orange juice 45cc pineapple juice 90cc cranberry juice
Method
Fill half glass with ice, pour in vodka, schnapps then the juices. Stir gently
Garnish with strawberries, cherries, pineapple slices, orange slices

Ingredients
45cc of Jack Daniels Tennessee
30cc cloudy apple juice
Apple kombucha
Method
Add ice to a glass then JD, apple juice and kombucha. Stir gently.
Garnish with apple slices
Lynchburg long island ice tea
Ingredients 45cc Jack Daniels 30cc lime juice 15cc triple sec Lift soda
Method
Add ice to a glass, add JD, triple sec and lime juice. Top off with lift soda, stir gently
Garnish with. Lime slice, lemon slice, straws
