Silver Night

Answer 1

• 1.5 oz. Skyy Vanilla Vodka
• 1 oz. Kahlua Liqueur
• 1 oz. Gekkeikan Nigori Sake
• 1 “splash” cream

Build in large rocks glass, over crushed ice, in order listed.

Question 2

Red Wine Old Fashioned

Answer 2

• 4-5 dashes Angostura Bitters
• Orange slice
• Maraschino cherry
• 1 oz. House Cabernet
• 2 oz. Buffalo Trace bourbon

In large rocks glass, muddle cherry, orange, bitters, and Cabernet. 
Add Buffalo Trace and fill with ice
Stir
2-3 drops bitter on top. 
Garnish with orange twist

Question 3

The South American

Answer 3

• 1.25 oz. Pisco Porton
• .5 oz. X Rated Passion Fruit Liqueur
• .5 oz. Simple syrup
• 1 oz. Grapefruit juice
• 1 oz. Lime juice

Rim half of a Collins glass with lime.
Add pinch of cayenne pepper to limed rim.
Fill glass with ice.
Shake all ingredients with ice. 
Strain into Collins glass. 
Garnish with grapefruit twist.

6 Mile Dark & Stormy

Answer 4

• 1.5 oz. Meyers Dark Rum
• .75 oz. Domaine de Canton Ginger Cognac
• 3 oz. Ginger Beer
• .5 oz. Lime juice

Build in large rocks glass full of ice.
Garnish with lime wheel.

Question 5

The Scotch Toddy

Answer 5

• 2 oz. Johnny Walker Red
• 1 oz. Lemon juice
• 1 oz. Runny honey
• 1 Sprig Rosemary
• 1 hot bev. glass full of hot water

In shaker pour 2 oz. hot water, johnny walker, lemon juice, and runny honey.
Stir until honey is dissolved.
Add the rest of the hot water from the glass to the strainer.
Strain back into hot bev. Glass.
Light the end of rosemary sprig for 3 seconds then place upright in glass.

The Bacchanalian

Answer 6

• 1.25 oz. Hennessy Cognac
• 1 oz. High Valley Zinfandel red
• .5 oz. Lemon juice
• .5 oz. Agave Nectar
• 1 “splash” Simple syrup

Shake with ice.
Strain into wine glass full of ice.
Garnish with orange twist.

The Benedict

Answer 7

• 1 oz. Bulleit Rye
• .75 oz. House Amaretto
• .25 oz. Gold Rush Cinnamon Liqueur
• 2 oz. Cream

Build over ice in rocks glass.

Question 8

Templeton Maple Old Fashioned

Answer 8

• 1.5 oz. Templeton Rye
• 2 dashes bitters
• .75 oz. Vermont Maple Syrup
• 1 Orange slice
• 1 “splash” water

Muddle orange slice and maple syrup in rocks glass.
Add Templeton Rye, water, and bitters.
Fill glass with ice.
Stir
Garnish with orange slice.
