2 oz Russian Standard Vodka
2 oz Fruit
3 oz Rosenblum Moscato
The Iris
1.5 oz Absolut Mango
.75 oz Agave Nectar
2 oz Pineapple Juice
.25 oz Chambord
Build: Sparkling Tini
Muddle fruit with vodka, shake and strain into chilled martini glass and top with moscato
Strawberry Blonde ‘Tini
1 oz Absolut Citron
.75 oz 3 Olives Marilyn
.5 oz Triple Sec
.25 oz Strawberry Purée
4 Lemon Wedges
*Sugar Rim
Build: Strawberry Blonde ‘Tini
Shake and strain all ingredients into sugar rimmed martini glass
Mavericks Hibiscus Flower
2 oz Bacardi Coco
Splash Hibiscus syrup
1/2 lime worth of juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Mavericks Apple Mojito
5 mint leaves
.75 oz fresh lime juice
2 oz Bacardi Oakheart Rum
2 oz apple juice
Build: Mavericks Apple Mojito
Smack mint leaves and add to pint glass
fill with ice
add liquid ingredients
shake to muddle
roll all back into pint glass
Key Lime ‘Rita
1.5 oz 1800 Gold Tequila
.5 oz Hiram Walker whipped liqueur
2 limes worth of fresh lime juice
1 oz Agave Nectar
*Sugar Rim
Build: Key Lime ‘Rita
Shake all ingredients & strain into 12 oz glass of fresh ice with a sugar rim
Smokey Margarita
1/2 salt 1/2 chipotle rim
1.5 oz El Tinieblo Mezcal Jovan
1 oz Peach Pucker
2 oz pineapple juice
.5 oz fresh lime juice
Pinch of chipotle
Basil Breeze
3 Basil leaves
3 Lime wedges
.5 oz simple syrup
1.5 oz Blade Gin
3 Lemon wedges
Build: Basil Breeze
Place all ingredients into mixing tin
top with ice
shake to muddle
strain into glass with a fresh basil leaf under fresh ice

2 oz Stoli
8 leaves Basil
4 oz Mavericks bloody Mary mix
Build: You Killed Kyle
Muddle basil with vodka in shaker
Strain into fresh 12 oz glass of ice
top with Bloody Mary mix
Roll all back into tin and back into empty 12 oz glass
