Winter Fruit Old Fashioned
2 oz Blended Straight Bourbon
.50 oz Cherry Fig Syrup
5 dashes Angostura Bitters
1 drop winter melon bitters
Stir in mixing glass, strain over fruit ice. Garnish with orange peel and rosemary tip.
Smoke and Coke
2 oz Blended
dash bitters
Por out splash of coke from bottle. Add bourbon and bitters. Smoke with smoke gun and replace lid. Serve will glass of ice garnished with a lime wedge.
Bird Dog
1.50 oz blended
.50 oz Rose Syrup
.25 oz lime juice
Build in Collins glass. Top with fever-tree sparkling grapefruit tonic.
Candied Lemon Drop
.50 oz simple syrup
1 oz Limoncello
1.50 oz DT vodka
.75 oz Lemon juice
Shake in tin. Serve in a chilled coupe glass with half sugared rim. Garnish with lemon wheel and Sour Patch Kids
Brown Buttered Bourbon Old Fashioned
.50 oz brown syrup
2 oz brown butter bourbon
dash poets bitters
Build in rocks glass over ice. Stir to mix. Express orage peel and rim glass. Leave peel in glass
Extra Botanical Gin and Tonic
1.50 oz DTG
2 sage leaves
2 small sprigs of thyme
4 juniper berries
Plce botanicals in goblet. Fill with ice and gin. Top with Fever-Tree Indian Tonic. Gently stir. Garnish with rose petals and orange in glass.
Banana Gram
2 oz Whiskey Smith Banana Whiskey .75 oz smoked honey syrup .75 oz fresh orange juice 1 whole egg 2 dashes cocoa bitters
Dry shake, wet shake. Double strain into single rocks glass. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
Laffy Taffy Whiskey Sour
1 egg white .75 oz honey smoked syrup 1 oz lemon juice 1 oz banana WS 1 oz Pineapple WS
Dry shake,wet shake. Double strain in chilled coupe glass. Garnish with candied pineapple and bordeaux cherry.
Earl Grey Hot Toddy
.50 oz honey
.75 oz lemon
2 oz Blended Straight
5 drops earl grey bitters
Build in pre-heated glass. Top with hot water. Garnish with orange peel that has 3 cloves in it.
Alpine Gin and Tonic
1.50 oz barreled aged DTG
1 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz grapefruit cinnamon cordial
Top with Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic. Garnish with rosemary sprig and dehydrated citrus wheel.
Blackberry Whiskey Sour
1.75 oz Blended Straight
.75 Blackberry Simple Syrup
1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Dry shake, wet shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Express lemon peel over and discard. Garnish with a frozen blackberry float.

1.50 oz WS Pineapple Whiskey
.75 oz DTV
.75 oz DTG
2 dashes orange bitters
Stir 30 times. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with lemon basket and orchid.
Revolver
1.5 oz Blended Straight .75 oz WS Chocolate Whiskey .75 oz Bindle Cold Brew .25 Simple Syrup 2 dashes each od orange and cocoa bitters
Stir in mixing glass. Strain into chilled coupe. Garnish with orange peel
Pineapple Whiskey Sour
2 oz WS Pineapple Whiskey
1 oz Lemon juice
.75 oz Smoked Honey Syrup
1 egg white
Dry shake, wet shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with half slice of candied pineapple with a cherry on a pick.
Classic Whiskey Sour

1 oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Dry shake, wet shake. Double strain into chilled coupe glass. Express with lemon peel and discard. Garnish with a cherry on a pick and drop ango bitters.
