Add ice
Shake and double strain

.25 oz brown sugar honey syrup (2 pts brown sugar, 3 pts water, 1 pt honey)
2 dashes angostura bitters
Stir with ice in a mixing glass
Strain over a large rock in a glass

.75 sweet potato shrub
4 oz of Prosecco
Sweet potato shrub recipe:
80 oz peeled & boiled sweet potato
80 oz honey
50 oz Apple cider vinegar
40 g cinnamon sticks
16g whole cloves
(Let ingredients sit for 24 hours, then strain)
Add ingredients to wine glass, finishing with the Prosecco, then ice

Limoncello recipe:
Zest of 10 lemons
750 ml devil springs vodka
(Sous vide on 57 degrees Celsius, then strain)
(Add simple syrup [2.5 cups sugar, 1.5 cups water])
Amalfi batch recipe:
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
Zest and juice of 1 lime
3 sprigs of mint
750 ml platinum X vodka
(Sous vide on 57 degrees Celsius for 3 hours, then strain)
Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice
Strain over fresh ice in a glass
Glass: beer glass
Garnish: mint sprig
