2 oz tequila/mezcal
2oz grapefruit
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple
Soda water
Combine ingredients in shaker tin with ice. Collins glass with salt rim. Add new ice, top off with soda water. Garnish with grapefruit and rosemary.
Spicy Margarita
2 Oz tequila/mezcal
1 oz lime juice
1 oz spicy lime
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz grand marnier
Combine in shaker tin with ice, shake well. Strain into a double rocks glass with a Tajín rim over new ice. Garnish with lime wheel and habanero.
Margarita
2 oz tequila/mezcal
2 oz lime juice

.5 oz Grand Marnier
Combine ingredients in shaker tin with ice, shake well. Strain into a double rocks glass with a salt rim over new ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Old Fashioned
2.5 oz bourbon
Sugar cube
1 Cherry
1 orange
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
1-2 dashes orange bitters
Muddle cube, cherry and orange in glass. Add ingredients and ice to a double rocks glass. Add ice and stir well for dilution. Garnish with orange peel expressed around the rim and cherry.
Dirty Martini
2 oz gin/vodka
.5 oz dry vermouth
2 oz olive brine
Martini glass, garnish with olives
Negroni
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Stir and strain into double rocks glass. Add fresh ice to glass. Garnish with orange peel.
Mojito
2 oz rum
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple
5 mint leaves
Soda water
Combine simple, lime juice, and mint leaves in a shaker tin. Muddle. Add rum and ice. Shake and pour into a Collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Moscow Mule
2 oz vodka
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Ginger beer
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
Pour lime juice, simple syrup, and vodka into copper mug. Add ice and top with ginger beer, and 2-3 dashes angostura bitters. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig (slap mint to release fragrance before placing it into drink).
Manhattan
2 oz bourbon
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes angostura bitters
Pour ingredients into mixing glass, add ice, stir until shaker feels icy cold, strain into martini glass. Finish with cherry. If somebody requests a “perfect Manhattan” they are referring to a style that takes .25 oz dry vermouth, .25 oz sweet vermouth, and is typically garnished with a lemon twist

1 oz green chartreuse
1 oz Cherry liqueur
1 oz lime juice
Pour ingredients into shaker, add ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Finish with a luxardo cherry.
Espresso Martini
2 oz vodka/mezcal
2 oz espresso
1 oz kahlua
.25 oz simple syrup
Combine ingredients in shaker tin with ice. Hard shake for ten seconds and strain into a martini glass. Finish with shaved chocolate flakes.
Cucumber Martini
2oz gin
1oz aquafaba
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz Cherry syrup
.25 oz simple
2 cukes for muddling
Muddle cukes in shaker tin, then add cherry juice, lime juice, simple, aquafaba, and gin. Shake well for 10 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Finish with 4 drops of bitters. Bamboo through bitters to create hearts, and 1 sprig of rosemary.
Unnamed Desert Flower
1.5 oz gin
1.5 oz Campari
1 oz orange juice
2 cukes for muddling
Muddle oj and cukes. Add gin and Campari. Shake and strain into new rocks glass over ice. Express lemon twist around rim and place on top.
Astral Plane
1 oz astral
1 oz aperol
1 oz lemon
1 oz genepy
Shake with ice, strain into martini glass, express lemon twist around rim and place on top of glass.
Whiskey Sour
1 oz lemon
3/4 oz simple
2 oz whiskey
1 egg white
Shake with ice. Remove ice, shake again to emulsify. Double strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with cherry, angostura bitters, or lemon peel.
Hot Toddy
2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz honey
some people will just too with hot water but I like to use chamomile tea
Martini
2.5 oz gin or vodka
1/2oz vermouth
Shake or stir. Pour into chilled martini. Express lemon peel around rim. Garnish with lemon zest. Or garnish with olives to taste.
Aperol Spritz
3 oz Prosecco
2 oz aperol
1 oz soda
Ice cubes in stemmed balloon glass. Prosecco, aperol, then soda. Orange slice as garnish.
Bloody Mary
Greyhound
1.5 oz vodka or gin.
Grapefruit juice
Add liquor/grapefruit to rocks glass with ice. Stir. Garnish with lime wheel.
Salty Dog
1.5 oz gin or vodka
3 oz grapefruit
Highball glass with salted rim/ice. Add liquor/grapefruit. Stir. Garnish with grapefruit.
Irish Coffee
1.5 oz whiskey
2 teaspoons brown sugar
Coffee
Stemmed Irish Coffee glass. Fill glass with hot water, let sit for 2 minutes. Add whiskey, sugar, and coffee. Stir. Top with one inch of whipped cream.
Naked and Famous
3/4 - Lime
3/4 - Aperol
3/4 - Yellow chartreuse
3/4 - Mezcal
Shake with ice. Strain into chilled coupe.
South Side
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon
1 oz simple
5 mint leaves
Muddle mint leaves, lemon, and simple. Add gin. Shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with mint.
Sidecar
1.5 oz cognac
3/4 oz orange liqueur (like Cointreau)

Shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass rimmed with sugar. Orange twist garnish.
French 75
1 oz gin
3/4 ounce lemon
1 oz simple
3 oz champagne
Shake all ingredients except champagne. Strain into champagne flute, garnish with lemon twist.
Gin Fizz
1 3/4 ounce gin
1 oz lemon
3/4 oz simple syrup
Club soda
Shake all ingredients except soda. Pour into highball glass over new ice. Add soda. Garnish with lemon wedge.
Mai Tai
2 oz rum
3/4 oz lime
3/4 oz orgeat
1/2 oz orange liqueur
Shake. Doubles rocks glass with new ice. Garnish with mint sprig.
Gimlet
2 oz London Dry Gin
3/4 oz lime
3/4 oz simple
Shake. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
Vesper
2 oz gin
1 oz vodka
1/2 ounce lillet
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with thin orange and lemon.
Tom Collins
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon
1 oz simple syrup
Combine ingredients in a highball glass. Add ice. Garnish with lemon wheel.
Sazerac
3 oz Rye or brandy
1/2 oz Demerara syrup
10 dashes peychaud’s bitter
Absinthe as needed.
Combine all ingredients in mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain into chilled rocks glass rinsed with Absinthe. No ice. Garnish with lemon twist.
Cosmopolitan
1.5 oz Absolut Citron
3/4 oz Cointreau
3/4 oz lime
3/4 oz cranberry
Shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
Paper Plane
3/4 oz bourbon

3/4 oz Amaron Nonino

Shake with ice. Strain into a coupe glass.
White Lady
2 oz gin
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz simple
1 egg white
Shake w/out ice to break down egg. Shake with ice. Fine strain into a coupe and serve up. Garnish with lemon zest.
The Bramble
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon
1/2 ounce simple
1/2 ounce crème de mure (blackberry liqueur)
Add gin, lemon, and simple to a shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into rocks glass over fresh ice. Drizzle crème de mure over top. Garnish with lemon wheel and a few skewered blackberries.
Gin Basil Smash
2 oz gin
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 ounce simple
3 sprigs basil
Muddle 2 sprigs basil in cocktail shaker with lemon and simple. Add gin. Shake until chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass with new ice. Garnish with remaining basil sprig.
Mezcal Margarita
2 oz mezcal
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1 oz lime
1/2 oz agave
Shake. Strain into salt rimmed glass over fresh ice. Garnish with lime wheel.
Clover Club
1.5 oz gin
1 oz lemon
1 oz Raspberry Syrup
1 egg white
Combine ingredients in shaker tin. Add a few chips of ice. Shake until ice dissolves. Shake with new ice. Strain into chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with raspberry on toothpick.
Daiquiri
2 oz white rum
3/4 oz lime
3/4 oz simple
Shake with ice. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
Dry Martini
2 1/2 oz gin
3/4 oz dry vermouth
Stir. Pour into chilled martini or coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist or olives.
