Paloma
2 oz tequila/mezcal
2oz grapefruit
.5 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple
Soda water
Combine ingredients in shaker tin with ice. Collins glass with salt rim. Add new ice, top off with soda water. Garnish with grapefruit and rosemary.
Spicy Margarita
2 Oz tequila/mezcal
1 oz lime juice
1 oz spicy lime
.5 oz simple syrup
.5 oz grand marnier
Combine in shaker tin with ice, shake well. Strain into a double rocks glass with a Tajín rim over new ice. Garnish with lime wheel and habanero.
Margarita
2 oz tequila/mezcal
2 oz lime juice

.5 oz Grand Marnier
Combine ingredients in shaker tin with ice, shake well. Strain into a double rocks glass with a salt rim over new ice. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Old Fashioned
2.5 oz bourbon
Sugar cube
1 Cherry
1 orange
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
1-2 dashes orange bitters
Muddle cube, cherry and orange in glass. Add ingredients and ice to a double rocks glass. Add ice and stir well for dilution. Garnish with orange peel expressed around the rim and cherry.
Dirty Martini
2 oz gin/vodka
.5 oz dry vermouth
2 oz olive brine
Martini glass, garnish with olives
Negroni
1 oz gin
1 oz Campari
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
Combine ingredients in shaker with ice. Stir and strain into double rocks glass. Add fresh ice to glass. Garnish with orange peel.
Mojito
2 oz rum
1 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple
5 mint leaves
Soda water
Combine simple, lime juice, and mint leaves in a shaker tin. Muddle. Add rum and ice. Shake and pour into a Collins glass and top with soda. Garnish with a lime wheel.
Moscow Mule
2 oz vodka
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz simple syrup
Ginger beer
2-3 dashes angostura bitters
Pour lime juice, simple syrup, and vodka into copper mug. Add ice and top with ginger beer, and 2-3 dashes angostura bitters. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig (slap mint to release fragrance before placing it into drink).
Manhattan
2 oz bourbon
1 oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes angostura bitters
Pour ingredients into mixing glass, add ice, stir until shaker feels icy cold, strain into martini glass. Finish with cherry. If somebody requests a “perfect Manhattan” they are referring to a style that takes .25 oz dry vermouth, .25 oz sweet vermouth, and is typically garnished with a lemon twist

1 oz gin
1 oz green chartreuse
1 oz Cherry liqueur
1 oz lime juice
Pour ingredients into shaker, add ice, shake and strain into a martini glass. Finish with a luxardo cherry.
Espresso Martini
2 oz vodka/mezcal
2 oz espresso
1 oz kahlua
.25 oz simple syrup
Combine ingredients in shaker tin with ice. Hard shake for ten seconds and strain into a martini glass. Finish with shaved chocolate flakes.
Cucumber Martini
2oz gin
1oz aquafaba
1 oz lime juice
.5 oz Cherry syrup
.25 oz simple
2 cukes for muddling
Muddle cukes in shaker tin, then add cherry juice, lime juice, simple, aquafaba, and gin. Shake well for 10 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Finish with 4 drops of bitters. Bamboo through bitters to create hearts, and 1 sprig of rosemary.
Unnamed Desert Flower
1.5 oz gin
1.5 oz Campari
1 oz orange juice
2 cukes for muddling
Muddle oj and cukes. Add gin and Campari. Shake and strain into new rocks glass over ice. Express lemon twist around rim and place on top.
Astral Plane
1 oz astral
1 oz aperol
1 oz lemon
1 oz genepy
Shake with ice, strain into martini glass, express lemon twist around rim and place on top of glass.
Whiskey Sour
1 oz lemon
3/4 oz simple
2 oz whiskey
1 egg white
Shake with ice. Remove ice, shake again to emulsify. Double strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with cherry, angostura bitters, or lemon peel.
Hot Toddy
2 oz bourbon
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/4 oz honey
some people will just too with hot water but I like to use chamomile tea
