1 oz Ginger Syrup
1 oz Lime juice
3 oz Pineapple Juice
2 Dashes of Bitters

Add ingredients into shaker tin, shake and POUR into a Mason Jar Mug, top with fresh ice and garnish with Pineapple Wedge on rim of glass and 1-beverage straw

.5 Tattersall Sour Cherry
.25 Maple Syrup
4 dashes Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients in an Old-Fashioned Glass and stir, add T-cube facedown

Garnish with 2 Filthy Black Cherries skewered, Orange Twist and 2-stir straws

1.5 oz Grey Whale Gin
.5 oz Lemon juice
2 Mint leaves
1 Lemon wedge
1 oz St. Germain
2 oz Blackberry Syrup
Prosecco split

Build in shaker (except Prosecco), muddle lemon and mint, add remaining ingredients and shake over ice, pour into stemless Wine glass and stop with Prosecco

Add 2-stir straws, Guest gets the remaining Prosecco split with the drink

Add ingredients (except soda water) into a shaker tin, shake and POUR into Spicy rimmed Gibraltar, top with soda water

Garnish with Lime wedge and 1-beverage straw

1 Muddled Cucumber
1 oz Basil Simple Syrup
.5 oz Lemon Juice

Muddle cucumber with Basil Simple Syrup in shaker tin, add all other ingredients, shake and strain into Old-Fashioned Glass over facedown T-cube

Garnish with Cucumber Wheel inside glass

Make it Spicy with 1 muddled Jalapeño!

Add ingredients (except Champagne) into shaker tin, shake and POUR into Hurricane Glass, top with Champagne

Garnish with Half Orange wheel and 1-beverage straw

1 Lime squeezed
Splash Orange Juice

Fill pint with ice, add ingredients (except Gran Marnier) to pint, shake and POUR into salt rimmed pint glass, top with Gran Marnier float

Garnish with Lime wheel and 1-beverage straw

Soda water

In pint glass muddle mint, lime, and simple syrup
