Classic Martini ingredients
2 1/2 oz dry gin (or vodka)
1/2 oz dry vermouth.
Green olive or lemon twist.
Classic Martini preparation
Gin + vermouth in mixing glass or cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir or shake well for about 30 seconds.
Strain into Martini glass. Garnish with olive or lemon twist.
Classic Negroni ingredients
1 oz each: Gin + Campari + Sweet vermouth.
Classic Negroni preparation
Add ingredients to mixing glass with ice, stir for 30 seconds until exterior of glass is chilled. Strain into rocks glass with ice. Garnish with a citrus wheel or peel.
Classic Manhattan ingredients
1 oz Bourbon or Rye whiskey + 1/2 oz sweet vermouth + 3 dashes of aromatic bitters + cherry.
Classic Manhattan preparation
Add sweet vermouth + bourbon/rye whisky + bitters to mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds until well chilled. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with cherry.
Boulevardier ingredients
Basically a Negroni but has Bourbon instead of Gin.

Add ingredients to mixing glass filled with ice. Stir for 30 seconds until chilled. Strain to rocks glass filled with ice. Add citrus wheel or peel.
Aperol Spritz ingredients
Aperol + Prosecco + Club soda + slice of fresh orange.
Aperol Spritz preparation
Fill a wine glass with ice, add Aperol (2 oz), Prosecco (3 oz), club soda (1 oz) and the slice. Stir.

1 wine glass (3.5 oz) = 14.1 g NET CHO = 165 cal.
1 oz = 4 g = 47 cal.
CHO and calories in DRY vermouth?
1 oz = 3.4 g NET CHO = 45 cal.
What is Campari?
Italian aperitif, fruity (sweet) yet bitter. ABV 20.5%-28.5%.
Aromatic liqueur with balanced flavors: grapefruit, orange, herbs, spices, bitters alcohol and water.
Dominant flavor may come from Chinottos: small citrus fruit with a notable bitterness.
What is Aperol?
Italian bitter aperitif made of bitter and sweet oranges, gentian, rhubarb, cinchona and many different herbs and roots. 11% ABV.
What is Vermouth?
Aromatized and fortified wine. Aromatized (infused with roots, barks, flowers, seeds, herbs and spices). Fortified (distilled spirit added). Sometimes colored. Could be sweet or dry.
