Dark ‘N’ Stormy
- 2 oz Dark Rum
- .5 oz Lime Juice
- Ginger beer, to top (about 5 oz)

Egg White Sour
Add ingredients to a shaker and dry-shake for 30 seconds without ice.
Add ice and shake again until well-chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
(When using egg white, you’ll want to perform a “dry shake” and shake all the ingredients without ice before shaking again with fresh ice. This pro move incorporates the ingredients together into one cohesive package.)
Espresso Martini
- 2 oz Vodka
- 1 oz Espresso (or cold brew concentrate)
- .5 oz Coffee Liqueur (usually Kahlúa)
- .5 oz simple syrup
(Shake and strain, garnish with a coffee bean)

Mojito
- 3 Mint Leaves
- 2 oz White Rum
- .75 oz Simple Syrup
- .75 oz Lime Juice
- Soda Top
(Lightly muddle the mint with the simple syrup in a shaker. Add the rum, lime juice, and ice, and give it a brief shake. Strain and top with the club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig and lime.)
Moscow Mule
