Margarita
1 1/2 oz Hornotos Tequila
1/2 Combier Triple Sec
2 1/2 oz Sweet & Sour
Shake vigorously until foam. Pour into highball w/ salt rim. Garnish w/ lime squeeze and drop.
Double B
1 1/4 oz Woodford Reserve Bourbon, 1 oz of tea, a splash of St. Germain, 1/2 lemon squeezed and dropped. Shake and strain over ice in a highball, top w/ soda and garnish w/ lemon.
Pimm’s Cup
Muddle 3 cucumbers, 2 mint leaves torn in half and a lemon wedge. Add 1 1/2 oz Pimm’s. Shake, pour over ice in a highball and top with ginger ale.
Summer Shandy
In a chilled beer glass, pour 1/2 anchor lager. Add house made lemonade. Top with splash of ginger ale and garnish with lemon
Lemon Drop
2 oz Grey Goose Citroen
1/2 oz Combier Triple Sec
1 1/2 oz Lemonade
Mix and shake w/ ice. Strain into chilled martini glass w/ sugar rim. Garnish with an orange peel.
Cosmopolitan
2 oz American Harvest Vodka
1 oz Combier Triple Sec
1/2 oz Cranberry Juice
1/2 Lime Squeezed
Shake with ice. Strain into chilled martini glass w/ an orange peel garnish.
Manhattan
3 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1 oz Antica formula sweet vermouth
Stir gently in shaker to prevent ice chipping. Strain into chilled martini glass w/ cherry on the bottom.
Old Fashioned
2 oz Bulleit Bourbon
1/2 Orange Wheel (1/2 inch thick)
1 tsp Agave
3 dashes of bitters
Muddle orange and agave
Elder Collins
1 1/2 oz Bombay Sapphire gin, 1 oz St. Germain, 2 oz grapefruit. Shake and pour into chilled beer glass. Top w/ ginger ale. Garnish w/ a cherry and squeeze drop lime.
Negroni
1 1/2 oz Juniper gin
1 1/2 oz Campari
1 1/2 oz Punt E Mes (Vermouth Sweet)
Mix all 3 in a rocks glass w/ ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
Vodka/Whiskey Sour
1 1/2 oz Vodka or Whiskey
Fill with sweet & sour. Shake for 20 seconds and serve in highball. Garnish w/ a cherry.
Vesper
3 oz Gin New Amsterdam
1 oz Vodka American Harvest
1/2 oz villet
Shake w/ ice. Strain into chilled martini glass with lemon wedge
Casper

1/2 lime squeezed and dropped. Shake and top with sprite in a highballs..

1 oz. gin 1 oz. Cointreau 1 oz. Lillet Blanc 1 oz. fresh lemon juice 1 dash absinthe Ice cubes Tools: shaker, strainer Glass: cocktail Garnish: orange peel
Shake all ingredients in a shaker, strain into a chilled glass and garnish.
