Dupper sharer
- mini bottle dupper sharer (top removed)
- 2 fever tree ginger beers (top removed)
- 4 lime wedges( 2 in each glass)
Present with 2 crystal glasses on a silver tray with cubed ice and 2 lime wedges in each glass.
An Everyman G&T
- 50ml Langleys gin
- 0.5 fever tree tonic
- garnish with a slice of grapefruit and 1 basil sprig
Present in tumbler with cubed ice, use straw to pin the garnish in place.
Wild turkey old fashioned
- 50ml wild turkey 101
- 10ml gomme
- 2 dashes of angostura bitters
Garnish with 1 orange zest, present in a crystal glass with cubed ice use bar spoon to dilute. Then rub orange zest around the rim and up the glass 3 times before placing garnish in the glass.
Espresso martini
- 25ml titos vodka
- 25ml borghetti
- 12.5ml gomme
- 1 shot of espresso
Use Boston glass and cubed ice to mix the ingredients and create froth head on the drink until the Boston glass is cold to touch, double strain the mixture before pouring into coup. No garnish necessary.
Mojito
- 50ml Appleton signature rum
- 12.5ml gomme
- 8-10 mint leaves
- juice of half a lime
Present drink in a tumbler glass, place mint leaves in the glass with crushed ice and all other ingredients before churning the drink add more crushed ice then garnish with a mint sprig using a straw to pin in place.
Frozen pina colada
- 50ml koko kanu rum
- 50ml pina colada syrup
- 50ml pineapple juice
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 4 ice cubes
All ingredients are poured into a blender and blended on a slow pulse for approx 10seconds then poured into a pineapple glass with a lime wheel for garnish and a straw.
Passion fruit daiquri
- 50ml dupper share rum
- 50ml funkin passionfruit mix
Use Boston glass and cubed ice to mix until cold to touch and froth created then double strain and pour into coup. No garnish necessary.
Aperol spritz
- 50ml aperol
- 75ml Prosecco
- 50ml fever tree soda water
Fill wine glass with cubed ice, pour ingredients before garnishing with a slice of grapefruit and a straw.
Eye candy
- 12.5ml charmbord
- 175ml Prosecco
Use a flute glass add a garnish of candy floss to the rim of the glass ensuring the glass is dry.
Negroni
- 25ml langlys gin
- 25ml Campari
- 25ml punt e mes vermouth
Build in crystal glass with cubed ice and strip with bar spoon then garnish with a slice of orange zest.
Bloody Mary
- 25ml ketal pouring vodka
- 1 pickle house bloody Mary mix
Use a beer glass, full with cubed ice and garnish with a celery stick and straw.
