4 cucumber semi-circles
1 oz. sweet and sour
3 oz. soda

Muddle cucumber & sweet and sour      
        in a martini shaker. 
Fill with ice.
Add gin. 
Shake. 
Pour into highball.  
Top with soda. 

GARNISH: 1/6th of a lime

3 oz. Mexican coke
half a lime
ice

Fill highball w/ice and rum. 
Squeeze lime into glass,
         cut into 2 pieces 
         put pieces in glass. 
Add Coke. 
Stir.

1.5 Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
3 oz. Gosling’s Ginger Beer

Pour rum over ice in highball glass.
Add ginger beer.
One straw.

Mix, shake, and strain into a frozen martini glass with a sugared rim.

Fill highball glass with ice.
Add vodka and juices.
Pour into shaker, then back into

1 oz. Carpano Antica Formula Sweet Vermouth

Combine ice, bourbon and sweet vermouth in
a glass carafe.
Stir gently and carefully to avoid
chipping the ice.

1 oz. Combier
1.5 oz. Cranberry juice

Vodka, Combier, cranberry juice and ice in a martini shaker.

Squeeze half a lime into shaker.

Turn the lime inside out, add it to the shaker.

Shake and strain into a frozen martini glass.

Garnish with orange peel.

2 dashes bitters

8 fresh mint leaves (torn in pieces 1/2 in. by 1/2 in.)

2 oz. Appleton Rum

1/2 lime (cut ends, peel by cutting approx. 1.5” x 1.5” x 1 cube)

Muddle lime and mint in highball glass.
Fill glass with ice, rum,and simple syrup. 
Shake.
Add bitters.
Top with a splash of soda.
One straw.

DO NOT STIR BITTERS INTO THE DRINK

Dash of bitters
1 tsp. sugar

Muddle orange slice and cherry with a splash of soda.
Add bitters and sugar.
Add bourbon.
Stir well.
Fill glass with ice.

Combine vodka and grapefruit juice in glass.
Pour into shaker, then back into glass.
