Most Positive interpretation
A
We cannot choose our emotions, but we can direct our thoughts, and our thoughts affect our emotions.
When we want to nourish a specific value or emotion, we can choose to interpret it in the current situation.
Examples:
- respect -> most respectful interpretation
- love -> most loving interpretation
- fun -> funniest interpretation
- gratefulness-> most generous interpretation
- patience -> most patient interpretation
