KR meaning

What are the different styles of coaches?
Authoritarian. Business like. Democratic. Intense. Casual.
What is an Authoritarian coach?
A coach who is strict, demanding, disciplined and is the only decision-maker in the team.
What is a Business-like coach?
A coach who is very organised, detailed and outcome-focused.
What is a Democratic coach
A cooperative coach who adopts a flexible style that allows players to be involved in the decision-making process.
What is an Intense coach?
A coach who places high expectations on players, is often anxious, not overly concerned with player welfare and can appear to have a temper.
What is a Casual coach?
An easy-going coaching style that is relaxed and can look disorganised and uncommitted.
What are the different styles of coaching
Constraint-based Coaching.
Direct-based Coaching.
What is Direct-Based Coaching?
Using activities that focus on specific skills without involving game-like situational factors.
What is Constraint-Based Coaching?
Using activities that incorporate game-like activities to improve performance.
What is Handicapping?
A race or contest in which certain disadvantages or advantages are placed upon competitors to equalize their chances of winning.
What is Seeding?
To arrange the drawings for positions in a tournament so that ranking players or teams will not meet in the early rounds of play.

Difference between Gross and Fine-Motor Skills.
A Gross-Motor Skill using large muscle movements whereas Fine uses very small movements.
