Integrity:
The security of data in a cloud system, ensuring it is not tampered with or modified without authorization.
Data release notification:
The ability of a cloud system to inform users and administrators when data is released or shared with third parties.
Migration:
The process of moving data, applications, or services from one cloud system or platform to another.
Virtualisation:
The ability to create virtual machines, networks, and other resources on a cloud system, allowing for more efficient use of resources.
Multitenancy:
The ability of a cloud system to provide resources and services to multiple users or customers, while keeping data and applications separated.
Web 3.0:
The next generation of the World Wide Web, characterized by the use of artificial intelligence, semantic web technologies, and the Internet of Things.
Confidentiality:
The assurance that data is only accessible to authorized users.
SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture):
An architectural style for designing and building software applications that are composed of independently deployable, reusable services.
Cloud Bursting:
The process of dynamically adding resources from a cloud provider to a private cloud to handle peak workloads.
Accessibility:
The ability of a cloud system to be accessed by authorized users from anywhere with an internet connection.
Cloud Storage:
A type of storage that is accessed over the internet and is hosted by a third-party provider.
Latency:
The delay between a request for data and the receipt of that data.
Automation:
The use of software to automate repetitive tasks.
