How can you access files that have been uploaded to the cloud?
They are downloaded from the cloud to your computer or other devices. If you have given other users access to your files, they will be able to access them through cloud storage.
What are the access rights the user has when storing files in the cloud?
They can allow other users to make changes to the content or limit them to read-only access. Employees given access rights may require a username and password to open the file.
How can cloud storage be accessed?
On any device at any time, whatever your location, provided there is an Internet connection.
When would system software synchronise the file in the cloud and on all devices?
When a user makes changes to the content of a file, to insure the content is the same.
What is scalability?
Renting additional space from the cloud storage provider, or reducing the storage capacity, allowing them to save on the cost of the rental.
What are two benefits of cloud storage?

What are two drawbacks of cloud storage?
some require on internet connection to access them
Poor internet connection will reduce the speed at which files download
