it refers to any program owned by a third party that allows you to upload your data using the internet
cloud storage systems are
highly scalable
you can have as
much or as little space you need
free versions are available for storing
small amounts of data
if you want to store a lot of information you’ll probably have to

some websites provide users with up to
15Gb for free
convenience of being able to connect to information at
anytime and anywhere in the world
access to data is still possible if
the computer or storage device is damaged or lost
Data doesn’t have to store in a
physical form
data access can be
delayed because of bandwidth or other circumstances
it is
vulnerable to theft or hardware failure
may encounter
minor security risk whenever you log on to access data
