  2. they constrict to limit blood flow
  3. platetlts stick and start to ahdhere this is platlet adhesion, and soon as more adher it’s called platelt aggregation
  4. surface of these plattelst provides a site for blood clotting to occur. clotting proteins are activated and to from a mesh-like fibrin clot
