- Dont be sloppy ( sagging garments aren’t attractive)

- Any word; symbol; name or device that a person uses to identify and distinguish their goods from those manufactured or sold by others
eg = logo

- means a replica ( looks exactly like original) can be made and sued for infingement

- Unauthorised use pf protected trademarks; brandnames; logos or imitation of labels etc

- Replicas of original prod
