Clip: square 5cm on all 4 sides of incision line

Markers: Xyphoid,edge of ribs, Nipples, belly button, pubic bone.

Position: Left Lateral recumbancy

Incision site: create equilateral triangle with fingers. middle finger on hip, pointer on ilium, thumb on abdomen to create equal distance between fingers, this is the incision site. (on thumb placement) 2cm long.

Clip: square 5cm on all sides of the incision line.

Markers: Hip and Ilium

the ilium is the upper portion of the hip bone and pelvis.

Clip: 3cm margin, square around the testis
Markers: Anus, Penis, Testicles.
