A

Evaluates ischemic stroke risk in patients with atrial fibrillation

Congestive Heart Failure : +1

Hypertension: +1

Age 75+: +2

Diabetes: +1

Stroke, TIA or TE: +2

Vascular disease: (prior MI, peripheral arterial disease, aortic plaque) +1

_2A_ge: 65-74 +1

Sex Classification: Female +1

Score of >2 = oral anticoagulation
