RED FLAG SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
- stridor
- first presentation seizure
- anaphylaxis including resolved
- ACS including resolved
- ectopic pregnancy
- primary obstetric issue
-Stroke/TIA
- sudden onset headache
- unable to walk when usually able
- post-tonsillectomy blead up to 14 days after surgery
YELLOW FLAG SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
- ongoing patient or carer concern
- infection not responding to community based care
- immunocompromised with suspected infection
- surgical procedure within the last 14 days
- significant unexplained pain (>5)
- syncope (asymptomatic, normal vs, normal ECG)
- abdominal pain

Spo2 should be used throughout as hypoxemia is a late sign of deterioration
improvemnet in Spo2 is not nessecarily and improvment in condition
Severity:
Mild/Moderate - Normal CS, some increased WOB, tachycardia, speaking in phrases/sentences
Severe: Agitated/distressed, Marked increase in WOB (acss muscles/retraction, tachycardia, speaking words)
Critical: Altered CS, maximal WOB, marked tachycardia, unable to talk
