after 2 years low carb and Mediterranean led to better weight loss and low carb was most beneficial to decrease to decrease in TG and increase in HDL

decreased risk of heart disease and T2DM compared to animal protein source with no risk reduction
What is the minimum risk for mortality for carb consumption?
