What findings on clinical exam can facilitate the diagnosis of endometriosis
A
- Speculum: spots in vagina and posterior fornix
- VE: nodules in POD and uterosacral ligaments
- PR: infiltration in sigmoid colon and adnexal masses
- Better to examine during menstration
- It should still be suspected if the clinical examination is normal
