  • Patient education RE: lifestyle modification, use of sunscreen
  • Start DMARDs : Hydroxychloroquine, Azathioprine, Mycophenolate
  • Use of steroids: Prednisolone, methylprednislone
  • In Severe cases: IV Cyclophosphamide
