A

Remember 300/150/100/75 – used on irregular rhythms!!

Start at R wave and count the # of big boxes from one r wave to the next, whatever ever # in the sequence it ends is the answer

A

(Works in any situation, great for irregular rhythms)

Hash marks at the top represent 3sec intervals, 3 hashes is 6 seconds. Count the number of QRS complexes in the 6 sec interval. Multiply by 10 = answer!
