- Acadia Power Partners, Calpine and Cleco Midstream, built Acadia. Calpine went bankrupt and sold 50% interest to Cajun Gas Energy in 2007 for $189mil. Around 2009/2010 Entergy bought 50% interest and Cleco Power bought other 50%.
