Clause
A group of words that contains a subject and a verb
Independent Clause
A Clause that can stand alone as a complete sentence
Noun Clause
A subordinate clause used as a noun in a sentence
Relative Clause
A subordinate clause that functions as an adjective modifying a noun in a sentence
Subordinate Clause
A clause that does not form a complete sentence but functions as one part of the sentence

Can stand alone as a complete sentence

Subordinate Clause that functions as an adjective modifying a noun in a sentence.
Introduces a relative clause.
Relative Pronouns like who, whom, whose, which, and that.
