Stress adduction view will see
Increase in diastasis between 1st and 2nd rays

2-5 mm diastasis with loss of medial arch height on lateral view (base of 1st even with base of 5th)
Nunley stage 1 treated
Nonsurgically
Stage 2/3 treatment
Surgical after skin tension lines have reappeared after 7-10 days
Wilson-Katz Type 1 stress fx
Fx line with no endosteal callus or periosteal rxn
Happens at site of Jones fx
Linear lucency on radiograph
