Q

how are ogranisms classified?

A
  • organisms are seperated into 3 domains ( Archaea, Bacteria, Eukarya)
  • These are the broadest groups, as you move down the hierarchy, there are fewer orgaisms in each group.
  • The organisms in each group become more similar and share more characteristics.
  • The system ends with organisms being classified as individual species.
