BSS Old-Fashioned

A

2 oz Rye or Bourbon
1 demerara cube
4 dashes Regan’s #6 orange bitters
1/2 oz soda
Garnish with lemon or orange twist.
Muddle sugar, soda, bitters. Add whiskey and 1/2 ice, stir. Top with ice.
Add garnish after running twist around edge of glass.

Soda
Garnish with mint sprig
Muddle limes, mint and syrup in collins glass. Add rum with ice and stir. Top with soda, and garnish

Ginger beer
Garnish with lime wedge
Vodka and lime juice into mule mug, add ice and fill with ginger beer. Stir. Squeeze lime wedge, add to mug.

Sazerac

A
1 sugar cube
3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
2 oz rye whiskey
1/4 oz absinthe 
Lemon twist
Fill one old fashioned glass with ice. In separate old fashioned glass muddle bitters and sugar. Add whiskey and stir. Discard ice from first glass, add absinthe, swirl to coat glass, discard excess absinthe. Pour second glass into first, twist lemon over glass but do not add the twist.

Dash each Peychaud's and Angostura
Pour into ice filled old fashioned glass and stir
