BSS Old-Fashioned
2 oz Rye or Bourbon
1 demerara cube
4 dashes Regan’s #6 orange bitters
1/2 oz soda
Garnish with lemon or orange twist.
Muddle sugar, soda, bitters. Add whiskey and 1/2 ice, stir. Top with ice.
Add garnish after running twist around edge of glass.
Manhattan
2 oz Rye
1/2 oz sweet vermouth
Dash Angostura
Garnish with cherry
Stir with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass. Add garnish.
Can be done with “Dry” w/ dry vermouth. Perfect means 50/50 dry and sweet.
Martini
1.5 oz London dryGin
3/4 oz Dry Vermouth (may use sweet as well)
Lemon or green olive twist garnish
Margarita
1.5 oz blanco Tequila 3/4 cointreau 3/4 oz lime juice Lime wedge garnish Rim chilled glass with lime and salt, Shake with ice, strain into glass.
Daiquiri
2 oz light rum
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz simple
Shake with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass
Sidecar
1oz cognac
1 oz triple sec
1/2 oz lemon juice
Shake with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Corpse Reviver #1 (Cognac)
2 oz cognac
1 oz calvados (apple brandy or applejack)
1 oz sweet vermouth
Stir with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass
Aviation
2 oz London Dry Gin 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur 1/4 oz lemon juice 1/4 creme de violette Garnish with Luxardo cherry Shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass with cherry at bottom

3/4 oz London dry gin 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice 3/4 oz Cointreau 3/4 oz Lillet blanc Dash absinthe or pastis Shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass
French 75
1.5 oz London dry gin 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz simple Chilled champagne (cava?) Shake first three ingredients with ice, strain into chilled flute, top with champagne.
Gimlet (Gin)
2 oz London dry gin
3/4 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Simple
Can sub 1oz Rose’s lime juice for lime/simple
Shake with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.
Last Word
3/4 oz gin 3/4 oz green chartreuse 3/4 oz lime juice 1/4 oz maraschino liqueur Shake with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass
Negroni
3/4 oz London dry gin 3/4 oz Campari 3/4 oz sweet vermouth Orange twist garnish Stir with ice, strain over large cube in rocks glass. Garnish with twist
Tom Collins
2 oz London dry gin
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple
Top with soda
Garnish with lemon and orange wheels, maraschino cherry
Shake first three with ice, strain into collins glass, add ice cube, top with soda, stir, garnish.
Vesper
3 oz London dry gin 1 oz vodka 1/2 Cocchi Americano Garnish with large lemon twist Shake with ice, strain into chilled martini glass, garnish
