1 1/2 oz Rittenhouse 100 3/4 oz Landy VS 1/4 oz Demerara 3 dropper peychauds 3 drops absinthe
Method: stir 30 secs, triangle of absinthe in glass
Glass: double rocks
Garnish: lemon swath, discard
Mint Julep
2 1/4 oz Maker's Mark 1/4 oz Demerara 1/4 oz Benedictine 1 dropper angostura 1/3 dropper Regan's orange 10 large mint leaves Top with 4 dash of Appleton estate rum
Method: Add all ingredients to glass, light muddle, add crushed ice, swizzle
Glass: julep mug or double old fashioned
Garnish: mint crown & orange swath
Negroni
1 1/2 oz No. 3 Gin
3/4 oz Carpano Antica
3/4 oz Campari
Method: stir slowly, 20-25 secs
Glass: coupe or double old fashioned
Garnish: orange swath, discarded when up
Bavette’s Punch
1 1/2 oz El Dorado 3yr 3/4 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz simple 3/4 oz Grapefruit 1/2 oz Luxardo maraschino
Method: shake for 20 sec
Glass: double old fashioned
Garnish: grapefruit peel (discarded), 2 Luxardo cherries

2 oz Pineapple juice 1 1/2 oz Ron Matusalem Classico 1/2 oz lime juice 1/2 oz green chartreuse 1/4 oz crème de cacao
Method: shake and strain
Glass: coupe
Garnish: Luxardo cherry
Dark and Stormy
1/2 oz Falernum
1/2 oz lime juice
1 oz ginger beer
1 1/2 oz goslings black seal
Method: build in glass, crushed ice, roll, top with more ice as needed
Glass: double old fashioned
Garnish: lime wheel
Lillet Rose Martini
2 oz Lillet 1/2 oz Nuit Blanche 3/4 oz lemon juice 1/2 oz St Germain 1/2 oz simple
Method: shake & strain
Glass: coupe
Garnish: lemon death discarded

2 oz Evan Williams Black 3/4 oz lime juice 3/4 oz simple 1/8 oz allspice dram 2 dash ango
