Old Fashioned
1 Sugar Cube 5 Dashes Angostura Bitters 1 Orange Wheel 1 Maraschino Cherry 2oz Bulleit — Bourbon or Rye
• Combine Sugar & Bitters • Lightly Muddle Fruit • Pour Bulleit Over Top • Add Ice & Stir 30-45 Seconds • Strain Over Big Rock Garnish: Orange Wheel & Maraschino Cherry

1oz Simple Syrup
(1 Egg White Optional)
Shake & Strain Over Fresh Ice In Rocks Glass

Add Egg White With One Ice Cube & Hard Shake 30-45 Seconds
Then Add Liquid Ingredients & Ice
Hard Shake Another 30-45 Seconds
