Chronic exercise intolerance with myalgia, fatigue, painful cramps, myoglobinuria?

Dry eyes, dry mouth, arthritis?
Sjogren’s (autoimmune destruction of exocrine glands)
Dysphagia (esophageal webs), glossitis, Fe deficiency anemia?
Plummer-Vinson (may progress to esophageal SCC)
Elastic skin, hypermobility of joints?
Ehlers-Danlos (type III collagen defect)
Enlarged, hard left supraclavicular node?

Erythroderma, LAD, HSM, atypical T-cells?
Sezary syndrome (cutaneous T-cell lymphoma) or mycosis fungoides
