Sugar Syrup - 25ml
Bacardi - 50ml
Soda water - Top
Angostura Bitters - 2 drops

Build in glass, crush mint/sugar/lime
Add sugar syrup,lime juice, rum
Add crushed ice and stir
Top with soda water/ angostura

Garnish Mint sprig n lime wheel

50ml mix + 25ml coffee
